Was The McMahon-Hemlsey Faction a poor copy of the Corporate Ministry?

Zombies Ate Me

It sure seems like it looking back. Team Corporate teamed with Undertaker's Ministry of Darkness in '99, and in 2000 they teamed with DX. Which stable was better? I liked the Coportate Ministry despite Underaker saying that it was the low point of his career.

In a lot of ways the year 2000 was a repeat of 1999.

The purpose of the McMahon-Helmsley Faction was to keep the heavyweight championship around Hunter's waist. They disbanded quickly when Hunter lost it at KOR 2000.

While HHH was the "main star" of the Faction, The Undertaker held that spot in the Corporate Ministry. He was the lead player, so to speak. HHH at the time was gradually rising to main event status and this was worked into the storyline late in the summer, as HHH increasingly sucked up to Vince and clashed frequently with 'Taker because he wanted the championship.
